They had the keys and opened the door without knocking. So we just cancelled the cleaner, and just cleaned the toilet ourselves.Īlso on the last day, I was woken up by someone opening the door. The cleaner wasn't available till 5:30 PM (I asked around 9AM). The exhaust fan wasn't good enough to clean the air. We also asked if we could get the bathroom cleaned because it really stunk even we just used it for only a day. They said No, even if it was their fault. On our last day, we asked the customer service if we can check out around 1:30 PM instead of 12 noon since we were checked in late.
It was supposed to be 2:00 PM however the lady told us to wait as the room was being cleaned and the people who previously stayed in, checked out late. Problem was we were checked in an hour and a half late. The beds were big enough for all of us as well. All towels and slippers were provided for exact 6 people. It has enough space for me and my other 5 friends.
